Excellent service and a good range of titles. DVDs were delivered fast, recieved 9 different titles during the free trial. Easy to cancel also, just takes one phone call.

Very fast service. Sends you an e-mail as soon as a DVD is sent and received. Delivery is normally two days the most so you can watch as many DVD's as you like. Excellent value for money.

My experience with Lovefilm started off as a really positive one. I received an extra week free on top of my initial trial because there was a slight delay in sending out my first DVD's, I received two of my top titles a couple of days later, and I was credited with £6.25 cashback as soon as the DVD's had been despatched. It was when my second lot of DVD's had been sent out that I started to have negative feelings towards lovefilm. I no longer received my top titles and had to settle for watching films that I had put on my list to make up numbers (they require a minimum of ten titles on your list to keep your account active). They have also implemented some new rules whereby you have to send two DVD's back at a time. With other DVD rentals you can watch one DVD and send it back whilst you watch another DVD. This reduces waiting time and in my opinion is much more efficient. To summarise, if you like watching a variety of films and aren't fussed about which ones you get at which time, Lovefilm would provide you with a good service. Otherwise I would consider trying someone else.

money for a free trial, wow.. sounds too good to be true but it isnt. i had the trial and cancelled with no problem. cashback paid very quickly too.
