Pleased with this site. I have been with Lovefilm for about 3 months now and always received one of my top choices. Only downer is if you want to downgrade your package you have to phone them but if you want to upgrade you can do this online no problem. Will stay with them as they are very good value for money.

Used the 2 week trial, watched 2 DVD's which turned out not to be great films but they were from my most wanted selection. Cancelled within the period and sent those DVD's back and have had confirmation that account has been cancelled so hopefully ill get no payment taken out of account. Received cashback within a week of joining the trial. Recommended as 2 free rentals + cashback cant really go wrong!

HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THIS SITE. FOUND CHOICE OF FILMS O.K. I CANCELLED WITHIN THE 14 DAY TRIAL VIA THEIR WEBSITE WITH NO TROUBLE. CASHBACK STILL AT £6.75 PAID WITHIN A WEEK. BETTER THAN SOME OTHER FILM RENTAL COMPANIES PREVIOUSLY USED.

having been a member of lovefilm for 18 months i have found it to be a really excellent rental service. i started on a two week trial and ended up staying on! i recieved my first dvds really quickly but only managed to get two on my free trial but after that the turnaround is really quick, i usually have a new dvd within three days of posting 1 back. i have only had 1 problem with them which was when they joined services with screenselect and i didnt get a new dvd for 3 weeks, but within less than a week of emaiing them i had a dvd and 3 months free service! recently i tried to cancel due to money issues and i found it really easy to get through and they were really helpful but due to a 3 for 1 months payment offer i have ended up staying, so far so good.
