A superb service that has totally changed the way I watch dvds. Until discovering this site I used to only buy films that I was absolutely sure about. Now, I can rent them for the equivalent of 1.99 each. I have seen some superb films and some absolute dross, but I have expanded my film range immensely since joining about 2 years ago. I have only had one faulty disc in that time and it was replaced return of post. This really is no risk in all senses of the word.

I was very pleased with the service received from Lovefilm apart from the fact that I didn't receive one of the discs and could ultimately end up being charged for it which I think is very unfair. I did try to explain this when cancelling my account but there is a bit of a language barrier with their customer service people. Also, took a long time to cancel and they kept trying to get me to agree to special offers and downgrades which was annoying as I had made it very clear that I just wanted to cancel!

Easy to be a member and to loan DVD´s and games. If you like a comfort, good service and lots of choice then LOVEFILMS are for you! Just order, watch and send back!

Love film are excellent. They get the dvds out to you so quickly. I've been quite amazed by their service. Pretty much a day or two after I've put the old dvd in the post a new one turns up. They also have quite a few special offers from time to time, making membership v good value. I can't believe the other reviews on this site are so negative as I have nothing but praise for them. Even operating your account online is super easy.
