Very very good site, it is very easy to find what you are looking for. The prices are usually very competitive, but not always cheapest,for some popular titles,but overall their prices generally match or better the other online retailers, if you are comparing a large range of titles,and their prices are always much better than high street retailers. Where Play are very good is the range of DVD's and the fact that they list the forthcoming titles. I have bought a large number of DVD's from Play, all of which have arrived safely, sometimes even before the release date. In short buy from PLAY !!!!!! You know it make sense.

It's great that the prices include delivery and my, oh my, are they cheap!! Goods get to us within 2 days every time despite ordering late at night. We did have a problem with a wrong cd being sent in the run up to xmas, but one QUICK call and it was sorted immediately. Brilliant customer service, dead nice, and friendly. We'll keep on ordering.

I've used them for some time, prices are rarely beaten. Web site is good, and you get emails to confirm orders, and when each CD/DVD/book is dispatched. Just before Christmas a CD I ordered failed to arrive, I waited the required 14days emailed them, and they posted a replacement next day without any hassle. Got the replacement just in time for Christmas.
