It was only when I went to cancel my trial subscription, due to the fact my mp3 player wasn't compatible, they offered a free ipod shuffle if I took a one year basic subscription. Great!

Easy to join and download your free titles, but can only listen on the provided software. You can stream to iTunes but I couldnt get it to work. Very easy to cancel subsciption within My Account and easy way to make £2. Dont be tempted to join as you will never have enough time to listen to the titles!

I signed up for audible and downloaded their software so i could listen to the books, I dont know whether it was a coincidence or not but my computer crashed not long after doing so. When i got my computer sorted i phoned audible and the customer service was excellent the man i spoke to was really nice and helpful. My account got cancelled and i recieved my cash back not long after, and i havent been charged as promised!!!
