£30 saving on fuels, + the £80 cash back sounds good, but I’m in a fixed price contract that will cost me £150 to get out of, not worth it at the moment…

WOW, that was a shock! I didn’t expect a huge saving… but with the Scottish Power Online Energy Saver 7 tariff, my Calculated Savings would be a whopping £251.73… plus the added £80 cashback, makes a massive £331.73 – thanks cashback!!!
